When you receive a new bill and your account balance shows as negative (-) it means your account is in credit and in good standing - you do not owe us money.
In the above example, the account balance is: -£21.38
This means you have £21.28 credit in your Usio account that will be used to offset future charges.
Charges on your account, which increase your balance, show up as a positive number on a statement. Payments and credits, on the other hand, post as negative numbers.
